The Louisville Planning Commission hears the subdivision proposal for planned Breakers Subdivision in Prospect, Kentucky. The public hearing was held at the KCD high school theater in the Springdale area of Louisville at night on August 12th, 2019.

The Louisville Land Development and Transportation Committee in Jefferson County, Kentucky meets to consider case 19SUBDIV1001 concerning the proposal to build a subdivision entitled "The Breakers" in Prospect, Kentucky. The meeting was held at the Old Jail Building in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Other footage proceeds case 19SUBDIV1001.
