In this case: where you have 2 Bose headphones you just install the Bose connect app and connect the 1. Headphones and then in the Bose app you connected the first one with the second one This works I think only with 2 Bose headphones You don't need this dongle In the case you are having different kinds of headphones you need a dongle like this , there are less expensive ones on the Internet like ugreen 2 in 1

Hi, thank's for the video ;) is there a relatable difference between the runner and ballistics in term of toe box width ?? i prefer to have the 10mm drop but i want to be sure the toe box is also wide enough on the runners, because in day to day life i wear barefoot and now i like to have wide to box shoes for crossfit. thank's in advance.

Nice video, it was good to see all the details. I don't know about Premium economy though. It doesn't seem worth it for such a large expense. I can totally understand people liking PE but I'm going to continue in ordinary economy & have thousands more to spend at my destination. The adjustable footrest looks good but I have been able to achieve similar support using my backpack.

I’m currently using Altra HIIT XT shoes. They have been great. Zero drop and wide toe box. These have held up great for many years of heavy lifting, WODs, shuttle runs, sled pushes, etc. I need new shoes now. The problem is Altra changed ownership. The replacement for my shoe is the Altra Solstice XT2, but so many people have posted bad reviews about them falling apart after not much use. The sole starts separating for many people. Seems quality control and durability have gone down for Altra since the company was sold. These Go Rucks look pretty good, but I’m concerned with the 8mm drop. I’m also interested in the Xero 360 shoe.

We fly PE with BA regularly and have Business booked for later in the year, we regularly fly to the same places, so it will be interesting to compare. Here in the UK if you fly from remote airports you don't pay any of the taxes you would pay from london or edinburgh, so the tax savings make the upgrades free lol 3k$au is a fair belt, but it was 14 hours and thats a long time to be squished in economy. 3k Au$ is about £1500 return and thats cheap from a UK perspective on a 14 hour flight. MEl to LHR is $1800AUS one way

PE is a good compromise between Business &Economy. I’m going to Florida in July. SYD-DFW-MCO. I managed to snag Business class on sale, and the return flights in Business the whole way… only a couple of hundred more expensive than the most expensive PE option. Did you work out the trick with the pillows in PE? There is a long slit across the back of the pillowcase. This allows you to slide the pillow over those winged headrests, so your pillow won’t fall down but it will bend with the headrest. Also, the aisle seat in PE… the wall can drop down so you can turn your legs and put your feet into the aisle when you go to stand up. It makes getting up easier, and you don’t need to ‘pull’ on the seat in front as you do.

Real cutlery?! I’d be happy to eat with my fingers if it meant that I’d be able to sleep for part of the 13 hour flight.

Love the review. I have the metcon 9 and the GoRucks. Both good choice for crossfits/workouts, both bad in my view for running. ( beside the casual warm up ). My Go Rucks feels like sleepers as they are so confortable. The Metcon feels ok, but the heel is hard. The only thing bothering me with GoRucks is the look, or the lack of. That shoe looks sad...it is efficient, but still they could have made them more attractive
