This was our second cook on the off set smoker. These tasted amazing.

We have never used a smoker before for cooking. I found the hardest part to be fire management. The brisket was tender and full of flavour. It took around an hour to preheat the smoker. Cook time was 6.5 hours. Rest time was 2 hours.

I modified my old transom saver to fit my new trailer

This is the boat trailer I purchased and the steps I took to protect it from the elements.

Took the seats out to spray them with a anti corrosive product. This is how I fit them to the boat after treating them.

Replaced the rails on the boat for larger ones. The ones I had on there were to thin to attach the rod holders.

Upgraded from a Garmin Striker 4 to a Garmin Striker Plus 7SV

Replaced a old 1972 outboard with a 2003.
