WATCH || After nearly three decades, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) has remained steadfast in the implementation of its programs and services. As it marks its 28th anniversary, the agency continues to realize its mandates toward upskilling Filipino workers and involving them in community development plans.
As an initiative for this endeavour, the World Café of Opportunities (WCO) has brought hopes and employment to the tech-voc graduates around the Region.
It is assured that TESDA will continue providing quality services to its clients.
