I swear, my sofa was a though boss along with the neighbors tree and pitch black

I love the sheer confusion and whimsy that comes from this. The final boss mocks you, for it has one final trick up its burnt afro!

I love how this stage presented itself... In the prior stages, the face raiders and even our bullets could crack the room around us and reveal these ethereal portals, like the room around us was an illusion. And in this stage, the illusion is lifted, and we're shown that we're deep in some dimensional vortex, probably where the raiders come from! Really nifty setpiece!

Man, the start of the boss theme, which kinda sounds like an alarm, is really cool...

I kinda love how this stage's main theme was _square._ Like, I know the invertable faces also appear, and they're the boss' main gimmick... but the big stand out is still just... _square._

Huh, I didn't remember this boss had a different theme... It's the same chords, but wackier and woozier instrumentation

This intro really got you pumped... I especially remember it from the Extra Hard Stage, where you fight all main stages back to back.

the extra stage is so hard that i only get the finel stage score part but now a days i get scores on stage 1 2 3 and 4
