These houses are AMAZING! I have a magazine called "Victorian" and there's an article in there about this women who bought one of these houses from a bank in 1980 for $20,000 and renovated it to the original beauty. Than she bought another dilapidated from a bank for $80,000.

Not a whole lot of people. Malls are dying, I guess.

Just asked my sister(live'n in Simi since 70's) about the local malls there yesterday...conejo &Simi there..wow...modern ghost towns... Sooo sad ...I reckon some movie will buy it jest to blow it all up...bummed out big time on what ca. Has come to..sooo good memories grow'n up there in 50's till 80's...

This is so sad...I remember when this mall bustled with people and energy in the late 90s. It's so empty now. Barely anyone walking around.

I used to go here all the time in the '80s, and Now that I think about it, I don't think I have been here since the early '90s, and I don't live too far from here. Something about going into a mall is such a turnoff

The first time I was in this hotel lobby was in 1985, it has really not changed at all, It looks so dated! I live in Los Angeles and I go past this hotel quite often
