Founded by Professor Elias Gallegos, Gallegos Jiu Jitsu HQ is one of the premiere Academies in San Diego. With classes for kids to adults ranging from Gi/No Gi BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, Self Defense, and several others, it provides several facets of martial arts. The Gallegos Jiu Jitsu Foundation, a non-profit 501c(3) has several programs for veterans, female survivors of rape and domestic violence, law enforcement officers (LEO's,) underprivileged youth, suicide prevention, and other key demographics of the community.
