Hallo,ich habe eine 2006 515nj und habe Probleme mit Zündausetzern. Letzes Jahr kamen neue Zündkerzen rein dann lief sie bis jetzt gut aber am Wochenende eine lange Tour gemacht und ich hatte die zündaussetzer wieder. Was kann das sein? Wieder neue Kerzen rein? Das kann’s doch auf Dauer nicht sein. Kannst du mir bitte weiterhelfen. Gruß Ronny
Sorry, aber das kann man aus der Ferne nicht beantworten. Das kann eine Zündspule sein, Kabelbruch etc.

Hey, my reed valve cover just burned true. I lost a screw while I was driving. Should I open the cam cover to see what happened there? And if I do, should I replace the cam cover seal? Thanks in advance.

Doch, der hat natürlich auch eine Dichtung. Die war auf dem Deckel, deswegen nicht zusehen.

the older triple was shim over bucket...you could do the job without taking the cams out....this is better though

Hello great video. I have a question: you provided the order in which every plate goes in. Was that from the manual? Can you point me in the right direction, I’d like to find it. I took my friction plates out but a few were in a different order so I’m trying to correct the issue. Thank you so much
Hello, with the friction plates there are two thicker in the set. One of them is mounted completely inside and the other outside. This is also what the manual says. The steel plates all have the same thickness in the original. I have installed a custom-made steel plates (Hyperplates) and these have two different thicknesses. Hope that helps.

Great video Got me out of trouble 2 problems Previous owner worked on the plates and put them back in wrong And I. Got the ebc uprated clutch plates and springs The kit came with 10 identical clutch fibe plates Not good

Il coperchio anteriore del motore deve venire via, altrimenti il coperchio della frizione non verrà via.

Old comment but for anyone else's reference they rarely need adjusting at 12k miles. Based on forums i searched and mine and a friends Speed Triple experience(2009 models). Triumph charge £400-500 to check them, if they need adjusting its another hours labour aka £100.

Bonjour, super vidéo pour montrer le démontage d'un embrayage d'un speed triple. Je l'ai fait aujourd'hui. 2 conseils : 1 faire tremper les disques dans l'huile toute une nuit (qu'ils soient neufs ou issu de votre embrayage) et 2 remplacer un disque lisse de 2.0 par un 1.6 au remontage et je vous conseille de mettre également du P18 Mécarun (12,6 cl). Et là plus de problème d'embrayage qui colle ou un point mort introuvable sauf quand le moteur est coupé (vachement pratique merci Triumph!). N'oubliez pas de lubrifier le câble d'embrayage, le réglage de la garde à faire aux petits oignons au niveau du moteur et mettre en position 1 le levier pour avoir le plus d'allonge possible. Bien à vous!

Same thing happened on mine. It was a bad regulation of the clutch wire.

Hallo Rainer, fahre das gleiche Model. Mein Kompliment, selten so ein gutes Video gesehen. Da wo Andere erst eine halbe Stunde Einleitung verballern und auch sonst unnötiges "Drumherum" und Gelaber aufnehmen, konzentierst Du Dich auf das Wesentliche und machst auch ohne großes Gerede, nur visuell, auf Spezielles hin. Kein "Blabla" sondern "Habla". ;-) Danke, top!!

you check valve gap for outter valves but not for the middle two , why?
Of course you have to check all valves. Only in this vid I have showed a part of the procedure.

hello i have the same issue with my triumph tiger 1050 2008 i have to replace the clutch too...its the same motor with your speed triple so its the same work like yours to do?
Wouldn’t surprise me if all the 1050s used the same clutch plates.
