Hi...each of us has our own preference in designing or make good for any rooms at our disposal. As for 2 flexi room I doubt the store room is comfortable or appropriate for tv or entertainment space due to its limited layout size 😉...

Hi...for short least flat if u need it urgently then roughly about ten months from the day of application as for my case. You may get your flat earlier but purchased through sale of balance flat that are keys ready ( flats that was already build but no takers or flat that was returned to HDB due to owners problem) and not build to order ( BTO ) scheme. For more info pls visit Housing Development Board website for clarification. 👌👍

@@amranlove Hi thanks a lot for the reply, may I know if you have to pay more if u need to get it urgently & also how much more did u paid? & is it easy getting it relatively quick like in your case or do u sort of have to put in your name & ballot for it? Also do u need to make an appointment at the HDB Hub to check relevant information or can u just go there & ask the staff about this? Thanks alot really appreciate it!

Hi....nope HDB does not provide the said cabinets but I believe they can provide under the options if the scheme is still available ( pls check with HDB pertaining the optional components for elderly ) and for my case I renovated to my own taste and requirements and hopes the simple explanation helps.
