I smash my face through old games.
The Dreadnaught Factor
Released in 1983 for the Intellivision game console. Be a rogue and go against the imperial battle ship! In another life, they may have been friends, or even foes. But no, they are people who crossed you. It was all planned out but they took your hostage and skimped you on bounty. Are you out on parole for nothing!? Then fly your star cruiser in and demolish the ship, even if it means going down yourself. Are you a schmuck!? Then gun them down, you bastard! They had it coming. Fly in as many circles as it takes, which judging by this player here is a frigging lot. Show no shame, nameless space devil!
For those who read descriptions, yes this game was not very silly so I couldn't really come up with a story for it. Oh well! Additionally, yes I realize I fly around like a total spaz. There's no excuse, but if there was it would be that, I just filmed a late night first play through of the game without knowing the object. Was still fun.

WTF are you doing? READ THE MANUAL!
Ok lol
I can't believe how psychedelic and creepy this game is. It's aesthetically amazing but dear god the sound effects are ear bleeding.
My childhood brain remembers this game but much differently. Love how Intellivision games are like ok here's an overly complicated screen of letters and numbers, have fun 😄
This game terrified me as a kid
Vc tem jogos pra vender
One of the first games with an easter egg. The designer's initials are in the body somewhere. I can't remember, as it has been almost 40 years since played it.
This needs to be remade.
Holes and bugs in the lungs.... corona?
Incredible.
This game needs to be on the Amico, STAT!
I just hung out in the brain and face mainly....it was the freakiest part...anyone else go as far down as possible to see genitalia and get disappointed?
I love the games made by IMAGIC (demon attack, cosmic ark, moon sweeper). I played those until my fingers were numb, or until my mom got fed up and told me to go play outside
Skill level 4, the true adrenaline rush.
Optimal strategy was to target the bridge spaces so as to reduce dreadnought firepower by 50% or the, even better, the engines so that you could slow down the D's trip to Earth and, therefore, get more passes. Of course, pilot attrition at the higher levels became a problem.
An instant classic.
Way back in the day some kid wrote a book about a bunch of different video games. He mentioned this game, and at the time he said that even the programmer couldn't beat the hardest level (100 dreadnaughts, if I'm not mistaken).
"ri ck" easter egg was in there.
Wow this brings back memories. I believe I spent a portion of my Xmas break playing this and had no idea what I was doing.
Sorry man, but this game was awful
how Halloween Right.
Watch for Svens!
With a tune like that you should have your own numbers station.
My favorite Intelli game of all time. Too bad I couldn't find a version for the pc.
A trio of chemists were just awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for their development of machines able to work on a molecular level which may someday be able to enter the human body, dispensing medicines directly to cancerous cells from within. When I read about this, my first thought was... MICROSURGEON!!!! XD
<3 this game and <3 your commentary
Still love how Cookie Monster's eyes go in circles after eating the cookies.
One game I wished I owned as a kid
That's it?! I used to play this game all the time when I was little. I can't believe I was entertained by this.
PC controllers are so hard.
I played he hell out of this game as a kid. strangely enough I'd play it again now, you need practice lol
I loved this game...also it looked pretty good compared to the flickering crap on the 2600
LOVED this game as a kid. My second favourite after AD&D Treasures of Tarmin
Pretty sure I played this one at a friend's house. As a kid of the 80's my mind was pretty blown by this game.
Here's where we get the inside look of this game done by Intellivsion.
We had names for every single color dragon.
How many levels are there in this video game for the Intellivsion (is the level with the 'invisible' dragon the hardest one?)???
Not a bad little dungeon crawler for the time. It's just too bad I never owned a copy of the game when I briefly had a functioning INTV II back in the day. Plays okay on the Nintendo DS collection Intellivision Lives.
The story is the mother ship was the size of a planet
This like a really good game actually
I was `10 when this came out, and I geeked out HARD for it. LOL I was actually getting all worked up because you weren't taking out the arterial blockages... and I had to remind myself that not everyone has known the game for 30 years. LOL
Rare game actually awesome. Games like this is why I collect for the 2600, 7800 and hopefully soon the 5200.
was this game ever on the atari 2600?
I was obsessed with this game in '82 when I was 8.
you can always play it on an emulator. I suggest nostalgia for the emulator.
It was. Intellivsion Rocks! for the PC.
Knock. Knock. Who is it? Vampire. *opens door and runs outside to be killed*
I loved playing this game as a kid back in 1982-83. I used to call the red person Captain Kangaroo and the green person Mr. Green Jeans. :P
Absolutely loved this game! I was 11 when this game was released. Brings back memories. Hard to find now.
Childhood memories! Thanks for the upload.
Someone page a microdentist to clean this guy's teeth!
Game? ...What game?
