Can anyone here help me please? 🙏🏻 ive just dug out my old CRT monitor and its a beast. 20" 1600x1280 and 160hz refresh!! Im gonna test it out as soon as i can find a VGA cable. Anyway... The monitor is a Hitachi CM812ET .... Can anyone tell me if this monitor is worth something these days? From what i can find/remember, this was a top of the line monitor at the time and seems to be a rare find these days. Does anyone know where i should start looking to sell this thing? In the UK btw.

Great video! I just have some questions regarding the use of an analogue pocket with an SD crt tv. What is the setup you are using? Is it hdmi to composite or something like that? Is this a good way to play gbc and gba on a crt tv compared to another methods like using a gameboy player for gc or a wii with gba emulation? Sorry for my English, and again what a great video and experiment!

I have this on my gameboy but you cant play it on a tv without a super nintendo with a ps 5 controller and if you see the reflection in the mirror you can tell this video is fake

Bro change the settings of the tv i got a 16:9 trinitron too but please put it to 4:3 in the tv settings since its now all stretched and that looks bad

I might actually be able to earn a small flat screen, like a flat 4:3 screen that i might be able to connect to my Genesis, but not my switch since its a switch lite, but still its a small screen, small screens just feel more authentic huh

I've been watching your videos a lot and I noticed something weird. Even though you used modern controller, it still look retro 80s, no matter what the colour, is it because of the TV? I don't know, sometimes futuristic style always looks 80s and 80s style always looks futuristic lol it never happened on other decades like 70s or 90s, at least to me. I'm not sure about this, but it the closest answer that I can think about haha. Btw, love your collection of TVs and controllers!

How are you hooking it up ? Most people end up with the image looking "skinny" because the full widescreen image with sidebars is smushed into the narrower 4:3 screen. You seem to have fixed that

Hello, I have a Thomson 14MK135 TV. I bought it new from a person. In its original box, with documents. I bought it for retro gaming, and decided to set up the geometry, went to the service menu according to the instructions from the espec website. At first, when I had a MiSTer FPGA connected to the TV, I could not get into the service menu, but as soon as I turned it off, I immediately managed to enter .. and while in the service menu, I launched the MiSTer.. I managed to set up the geometry almost to perfection. After setting up, I restarted the TV using the button on the remote control, everything as in the instructions, the changes were saved .. but after the service menu, all the settings in the normal menu were lost .. the language was reset to English, the brightness and contrast settings were lost .. and the main problem that I can not get rid of is that every time I turn on the TV, the settings menu appears .. namely, on the language selection item. What could this be connected with? Maybe the fact that I forcibly launched the console in NTSC while in the service menu? Perhaps its service menu can only work in PAL. And perhaps the problem is in the firmware.
