2 Levels of Milkshake | sugar free
This recipe is for two different healthy milkshakes without sugar
Level 1 : Banana Cinnamon Milkshake
A Banana
4 walnuts
7 almonds
1 tsp of Cinnamon
A cup of milk
ice (optional)
Level 2 :Dried fruit oats milkshake
5 figs
5 cashews
7 Pistachios
7 almonds
7 berries
1/2 cup of oats
1tsp of cocoa powder
1 cup of milk

@jmolvera8337 I made a mistake and wrote (PEE) instead of (PEA) Butterfly Pea flowers are native to South East asia (Thailand and Malaysia) The flowers are very popular Because they easily turn the color of water blue And if we pour a little lemon juice, the water will turn pink

@@hanidfood*would be 9/10 if there was mint; and 10/10 if the straw was metal aswell- theres nothing better than an ice cold drink in the summer with a cold metal straw. I personally love mint in lemonade 🍋. (They make the best in Italy) :)

ingredients: 100 gr of strawberries 100 ml of condensed milk enjoy
Healthy snack with banana and sesame ingredients : one cup of Sesame 2 bananas Half a teaspoon of vanilla (optional) Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
Ingredients for coconut milk: A cup of coconut A cup of coconut water A cup of water Ingredients for the milkshake: 8 to 10 strawberries One banana 1.5 glasses of coconut milk
