In 2005, I went to a plastic surgeon that was recommended by the plastic surgery credit company. Unknown to me, he put one half moon shaped implant with 225 cc's of saline in my left breast and a full round with 350 cc's of saline in the other breast. I believe they were leftovers from mastectomy patients. Anyway, when I complained about the extreme size and weight difference, back pain, etc, he told me that I “must have a rupture in the grotesquely smaller breast and he had to replace that implant.” So, my left smaller implant was according to medical records ruptured while in the process of taking it out of my body, and he replaced it with the same exact size unknown to me. Then he said the same thing a second time since I looked the same as before, which totally left me disfigured me for FIVE years. I did not go to the beach or to the swimming pool, and I certainly didn’t wear anything low-cut as I had to wear a prosthetic breast in my bra to even them out. He told me, “if I lost weight they would even out.” Only problem is I wasn’t overweight. He was probably 110 lbs soaking wet. With each surgery I started losing hair because nobody told me that general anesthesia could make my hair fall out. After all, plastic surgery is all about the money not about my health. I confronted him about his fraud after I contacted the implant company. When you get breast implants, you get two cards with serial numbers. I called the company that manufactured them and they told me exactly what was in my body because it certainly wasn’t in my medical chart. I contacted the state board and they were “not concerned about what happened to me because it is elective surgery, and I didn’t lose a limb or my life.” I should’ve known better and walked out of the surgery center when he told me The first time around that “after my surgery, he was heading to the airport and flying to Italy with his wife.” That is a HUGE red flag that his heart and ethics were not into my care. I went to three separate medical malpractice attorneys that wasted my time, money, gas, and life just to be told that there was no legal recourse for me “DUE TO FACT THAT PLASTIC SURGERY IS ELECTIVE SURGERY.” Instead, they laughed behind closed doors which I heard as they looked at my medical file/photos of my grotesquely lopsided breasts caring nothing about my feelings. I just want to let everybody know that plastic surgeons can do whatever they want to and absolutely nobody will care. Certainly nobody in the legal field and according to them “the judicial system will side with the plastic surgeon because they view it as a vain procedure and aside from that surgeons bring higher tax revenue for the government than you do. When it is elective surgery you have next to no rights unless it ends your life or they have to cut a limb or breast off and sometimes not even then.” Buyer beware! I want to give a shout out to my HMO that removed the grotesquely, different size and shape breast implants implanted in me. and showed them to me with great sadness in their eyes and apologized for the plastic surgeon's unprofessional behavior. He was a butcher outside of their network that sadly the credit company only “approved of.” I wonder, how much did he pay the credit company to send him victims?

I wonder if you would consider doing a repair on myself as Dr David Alessi botched my “Updo” and I look horrible. The entire right side of my face from head to neck is very noticeably asymmetrical. You mentioned cost and the understanding of how much cosmetic surgery costs and I thought maybe you could do the surgery and then put a lien on the lawsuit I have against Dr David Alessi. I could put 10k down and the remainder with a lien on the medical malpractice claim. As it really is hard for a Judge to know how much it costs to repair and what can never be fixed. I am willing to be filmed and used as a teaching tool for upcoming students to learn. I pray you can help me.
