I have purchased same model. 4 TB hdd from WD is not showing up. Shows "not exist" and 0 MB. Changed adapter to 12 V and 5 amp , I changed WD hdd 2 times by replacement from WD. Still same. Connected 500 gb WD hdd and it works. What is the problem, HDD is dead or 4 tb not compatible?
should support , as per Hikvision Capacity Up to 10 TB capacity for each HDD . Try formatting the HDD before you connect , also check format NTFS or FAT32.

@@it.techviews Thanks, I got a replacement Hard disk. It just worked fine after initialization and 12 V,5 amp ERD power adapter.

hi, thanks dear. mouse is just plug and play . there is no setting . please try connecting with other USB ports. Bluetooth mouse will not work, but wireless RF will

Hi , sorry for late reply. some NVR has its own POE ports at the backside of NVR. This model doesn't have POE ports , so you can buy POE switch to connect the cameras and NVR .
