thank you for being sweet! yes, i am mixed. i like to tell people that when i was growing up my mom got “scissor happy” because she would say she’s just trimming my hair but would cut off so much!! so i feel like i have learned a little about what works for my hair. i was very strict with not using heat for a little bit. that part was a bit easier for me because i didn’t have a straightener and my mom rarely ever straightened my hair unless i begged her. i bought a scalp massager and would lay on my bed with my head hanging off and do scalp massages. this helps circulate the blood flow to the scalp, but be careful doing this. if i ever felt light headed i would slowly get up. i wouldn’t go overboard because you dont want to pass out. and i would hair masks once or twice a week. sometimes i’d make my own and sometimes i’d by them. i was very careful with the way i styled/combed my hair. i either finger detangle or use a wide tooth comb in the mower, starting from the bottom and work my way up. i wouldn’t rush through my detangling process because when you rush you could cause split ends and i would use a wide tooth comb. and i did oil treatments. i LOOVVEE coconut oil and jamaican black castor oil. i would be careful with using too much coconut oil because it has a lot of protein in it. i would leave that in for a bit on the day before my wash day and also use the jamaican black castor oil for my scalp massages. i switched my pillow cases to satin and you could also switch to a satin bonnet. i do believe in what you put in your body will show on the outside. if you’re not eating great, then your skin, body, nails, and hair will show that. if you eat pretty healthy, your skin, hair, nails, and body will show that too. collagen really does help as well if you can take supplements. i recommend taking them in hot tea! but always remember, you have to be patient. sometimes genetics play a part in it too. depending on how you take care of your hair and scalp and how your genetics are made up, it can take a little longer for your hair to grow than others. it took me three years after my mom cut my hair (for the last time) to get back to its normal length and now i trim myself when i see it needs i and im growing it longer. it’s been 7 years since i’ve allowed my mom to cut my hair and i think it’s doing great😂

I think you're confused. different forms of workouts target different muscle groups. some videos were filmed years ago when I first started training, so let's take that into account but I bet you didn't know that. "that guy" is also a personal trainer and also just looked at your account... I hope you enjoy your little video games

Literally how was any of her form bad?? She has never squatted so I teaching her. It takes time to learn correct form. Also you must not have seen MY squat in the video. Go spread your hate elsewhere

@@Lima7i think it depends on what your motivation is. if you’re wanting to get up earlier to workout, you need to be determined because you won’t always feel motivated. if you don’t have time before school, then go after. you can always do a workout at home. but if you’re wanting to wake up early before school just to have a little bit of extra time to get ready and prepared for the day, then i would say create a morning routine that you enjoy doing so you get excited about the mornings.
