This is a quick but effective (and fun!) ab workout. You just need a space and a band (or something resembling a band!). Let's go!
Cardio Fun! 5-20 min your choice

Start June off with a fun cardio set! Go through this once for a 5 min shake out or 4 times for a full 20 min workout. You need EQ, light weights or cans, and a Lebert Resistance Bar (or EQ). Have fun!

Years and years ago, on this date (April 29th) I had open heart surgery as a baby. The end result was that I am now able to have fun working out doing both cardio and strength anywhere and everywhere! Join me today to celebrate my anniversary :) 2 sets, 9 exercises = 29th of April!

Abs and back are super important! Thanks for doing this video. I've been lax on core & need to focus on it in 2024. I do a variation on the last exercise by using a large ball below my feet, then pulling forward into the inverted "V" position (can't upload a video on youtube I guess).
