Hmm - living in the UK this automatic locking feature is pretty redundant, but interesting to know nonetheless. There's another feature that has puzzled me - if you hold the unlock button on the key fob for a few seconds, both the front windows open. Is that something else that is US specific? Also the button that says 'hold' with a semi-circular arrow above it doesn't seem to do anything, nor does the boot open button on the side - the boot opens automatically anyway if you stand close to it for about five seconds.

I own it since April this year in Korea, RWD, 18inch Limited with sunroof and I am truly like it. It is DREAM. I think I am going to be dispatched to US next year for a long time period and this one would be my choice again in US as well as long as there are any chargers near my stay during the dispatch.

Great review! I just took delivery of a 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy 2.5T Turbo gas engine earlier this week. The exterior color is Serenity White pearl and the interior is the same gray as that of the vehicle you reviewed in this video. What’s interesting is the non-hybrid Calligraphy models DO NOT offer the two buttons on the left side of the front passenger seat to adjust the fore/aft movement and the backrest angle. Also, the relaxation seat is only on the driver’s side. Interesting omission by Hyundai. So far, I’m loving the vehicle. Note: I’m coming out of a 2-year lease on a 2023 GV80 2.5T Prestige.

Why didn’t you show us the front passenger seat adjustments? I’ve read that the Calligraphy Hybrid is the ONLY trim that has the Relaxation Seat feature for both driver and passenger seats. Is that true? Does it include a 4-way power lumbar adjustment? No reviewer shows us this!

I just found out Hyundai is considering the Long Range EVs in 2026 with the booster engine for charging the EV battery while mobile. While I think this is backwards thinking it could mean 600 to 800 miles before charging. I'd much rather see an a Hybrid version with a significantly larger battery so we could get 800 miles at 35 to 40 MPG.

Why can’t disable the “consider taking a break” bug(it’s not a feature) ??? I have a 2025 Tucson. I’m considering returning it. Do not buy Hyundai until stop forcing you to use these flashing lights and noises that are incredibly distracting!!

Can you also stow the 2nd row or you have to remove them?

Annoying that there’s no feature to auto lock the doors when leaving the vehicle! My 2013 Mazda had this feature and I’ve been trained to not think about locking my doors.

The Terra-cotta with the black interior complements each other, but I’m not a fan of all black upholstery, it hides some of the features of the design imo. My choice is the green/beige, which is also hard to find. If I had to, I’d buy a terra cotta with a lighter interior, but since I’m not in dire need of a new car, I will wait for a green one.

The corsa is 700-800 dollar cold air intake it’s just makes the whine a bit louder. Something like that .they are usually know for their exhaust corsa . You could just look it up

I know this isn't Level 3 hands free, but how does the Cruise Control / Stop & Go work in everyday traffic? I was considering getting one to replace my 2017 Niro because I'm in pretty much stop and go traffic most of my 40 to 55 minute commute. Primarily I'm in the same 2 lanes too.
