merry christmas!!!
I haven’t watched Eastenders in like 10 years 😂😂
When I was younger, presents was what I looked forward to, but now it’s definitely food 💯
I agree. I’m not lying to my kids either 😅 …Santa who? Nopeeeee. Also, the paganism behind it is wilddd. I plan on creating new traditions that don’t include pagan roots! ..on a brighter side, love the matching PJs 😂❤

If you can survive a girls holiday you can survive anything tbh 😂 Such a transparent Ep ❤️
Yeah Part 2 so needed! Books could be written with these memories 😂
SB was late to school 😮
18:45 maths challenge!!!!

I drag things out all the time! My husband will apologise but I had a whole rant ready, so I’m going to finish my point anyway 😂😂😂 ..it’s terrible 😅
hahaha we're all guilty of this 😂 But today it stops!
This podcast makes me feel so warm & cosy in this cold cold UK 😅 …great conversation! You all hit the nail on the head 💯
Thank you so much girl! We really appreciate all your support ❤️
some serious gems dropped in this episode, my personal fave was making sure you don’t give your whole self to a situation so early on. Constantly talking to someone on ft/texting and making small adjustments to your routine to do so is a major no for me, especially at the start.
Personal fav! that's great to hear , we are so glad you enjoyed!
You ladies spoke on this topic beautifully, God bless you 💗
Amen , thank you ❤️
We don’t live together we life together. Get it right girls!
Hahahahah!! Right!
This was a really good episode, I’m also really loving the consistency
Thank you so much 🥰
This episode has taught me so much! Thank you guys
People self sabotage because of the fear of failure! People are so terrified to fail, so if they sabotage it first, then they feel like they have the control.
I agreee
Yes! Overthinking too much leads to self sabotage 💯
The PILOT of your life! I love it.
The 6 circle theory is so interesting! Never heard of it before. I wonder how my circles are linked to Michael Ealy 🤔😂
😂😂😂😂 girl you’re hopeful, why not!
Loving your blanket Kirst 😍
Thank you ❤❤
Watching you guys for the first time and it's like I'm watching myself with my friends😊❤ Much love from 🇳🇬
Awwwww hello!! 🥰🥰🥰
Gym in the morning definitely!! It sets you up for the day & you have so much energy 💯
Definitely the perfect way to start your day!
I used to feel awful after a nap in my younger years, but now I’m older, naps are a MUSTT for me and I feel so refreshed 😊
Love that you feel refreshed! 😅
Heard through the grapevine that there’s a gym in Busola’s office. Not sure tho, can she confirm?👁️
LOL cctv
I can confirm looool
Last meal has to be pounded yam and okra with turkey stew ❤️
Love a Miller & Carter 😋
Eph 4:26 “Be angry and sin not” When Jesus threw the tables, he was angry but still didn’t sin. Jesus is the only perfect example of mankind 🙌🏾

A few scriptures in relation to the workload balance. Psalm 90:17, Deuteronomy 28:12 & Proverbs 16:27. I also agree that once we have families life/work balance must change, as will priorities. There is also a time and a season for everything. I’ll leave that with the proverbs 31 woman, through Christ all things are possible 🫶🏽🙏🏽
Beautiful, thank you for sharing these! God bless you ❤
