But I have been told that I am Charming and charismatic. 😮lol I am a healed empath from being raised by a narcissistic mother. And narcissistic relationships my whole life. I am wondering if you were to meet me with my outgoing, friendly Charming ways.. lol Thank you for all of your wisdom. You've helped heal me through. Btw.. I am going to become a Peer Support Specialist to help others from addictions and mental illness

Cool stuff, but Im sure the "pre-diagnosis" years were just that..In other words your mental health wasnt wonderful then they slapped a label on you and suddenly you had issues. You had issues way before diagnosis. But your story is things were wonderful then the diagnosis.. But its all good,Im encouraged by yall telling your story and the things you've learned!

I am becoming one because I love helping people and helping people helps me to recover and helps me to get over form my passed helps me to put things that hurt me and traumatize me I'm turning into something positive which makes me feel like a better person to help other people and having no they're not alone and to show them someone truly does care and believes in them and that there's always hope for Change if he get in the right mindset and work on themselves do have victory over their past and that they can have meaningful life in Victory in themselves and better themselves to be what they set themselves out to be and to carry the message never too late it's okay to be yourself that's why I'm in training to be a peer support specialist it's my way or even with the ones are hurt me by proving them wrong because I will become what I set out to be as well helps me total come my mental challenges that I have faced in the past and the challenges that face even today for helping other people really helps myself and motivates me to think outside the box and become a better person mentally and physically.
thanks jody and chrissie is there a way I can contact you ?

(1)Emotional connection - share your story as appropriate to the audience, make it positive to recovery is possible(2)Emotional connection - don't over share to avoid relapsing(3)Make your story in phases - Pre, diagnosis, recovery phases(4)Practice presenting your story
