Microsoft Excel - Random Sampling
มุมมอง 1473 หลายเดือนก่อน
I demonstrate 3 methods of performing random sampling in Excel: 1.The Data Analysis tool for sampling 2. A constrained random number generator 3. A random number table In conjunction with these, the use of the XLOOKUP function is demonstrated to facilitate the process of copying observation data from a population list into a sampled list. While this can be circumvented with copy/paste functions...

      Formatting in comments introduces line-wrapping in the code, but that is easy to fix once you copy/paste this code to your text editor. Then, copy and paste the code into R and observe the magic.

If you have, then, if it is a specific Sentinel platform that you wish to search for data from, I suggest using a filter to identify the parameters that you seek. I cannot unequivocally say, because I am not 100% sure, but I do believe that you could georeference a .jpg2 file (the primary difference is that they are compressed with the JPEG2000 standard. However, not all jpg images must be georeferenced. It comes down to knowing your data.

    How comes Estonian does not know about Finland. Finland is not eastern Europian country. It is a Nordic and western country. The Finnish war heroes who fighted against Soviet union and died would turn around in graves If they heard this. Finland was heroically fighting for it's independence and freedom and retained it. Finland was a part of Sweden over 600 years and autonomious oblast of Russian Empire of tsar 100 years. 1917 Finland announced it's independence and has been independent ever since. So Finland was never under communism and never a part of Soviet union. Soviet tried to conquer Finland, but did not succeed. Nowadays Finland is with other Nordic countries one of The top countries in The world. All of them are prosperous countries with high standard of living. World economic Forum conference in Switzerland Davos ranked Finland the best country 2019 and World happines index report and UN ranked Finland the happiest country 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Eastern Europian countries have never achived that.

    I did basically what Neal did below. I used the cushions from the Phantom to create a platform based on the GoPro base. I did not use a gimbal as I the camera is the snap-shutter and not the rolling-sutter. The platform is oriented nadir (as best we could) and we fly super slow. We also use a zip tie through the dampening springs in the event of a failure. We later did connect a GPS and the system works nicely. Seems that Neal and I had basically an identical setup.

  • @NealPilger
    @NealPilger 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    I realize this video is an older post. I myself have constructed such a platform - same drone and camera. I built a vibration dampening layer - like on the standard phantom gimbal set-ups Top and bottom plates cut from 1/16" (1.5mm) carbon-fibre sheet. (ran loose zip-tie through centre of dampening springs in event of failure) - camera was over $5K when I bought it); from the bottom carbon fibre plate, ran 3" aluminum bolts down through mounting holes on ADC snap camera. Rubber teflon tubing used as spacers between the bottom carbon-fibre plate and aluminum camera plate. This permitted access to the control buttons on the top of the ADC Snap, and provided another measure of vibration dampening. Power for camera run direct off positive and negative battery contacts inside the aircraft. Did not connect the GPS - but will in next assembly, onto a Phantom 3 Professional that permits flight planning using DJI Ground Station Pro. Only real issue I have had with this set-up is maintaining Nadir view. For this issue, all my flights were vertical in little to zero wind conditions, else the angular tint of the aircraft in correction locational position, or in flight (tilts down in direction of travel as result of rotor-speed variation). I have been trying to modify a gimbal solution to this problem using a Zenmuse H3-3D, however, this unit is configured for the voltage pattern on a Phantom 2, not a Phantom 3, making such conversion difficult. I will post updates - if anyone is still looking at this thread - early in 2018. If anyone has faced and addressed this issue, please let me know. Happy New Year!
