I have 3d printed a different handle for grapple operation applications, but it was only allowing for a different / more ergonomic position to use the 3rd handle for. I have not seen or heard of different joystick options available for our loaders (at least on the Canadian side) - but I have seen our exact same handles with different layouts. Such as more or less buttons, roller switches, trigger / no trigger, etc. It surely is possible, but it would take quite a bit of special configuring to do it. Granted - in saying that - in Canada we have A LOT of freedom, and ability to alter our machines as a Dealership, where in the United States, there is a lot of laws around modifying OEM designs that you are selling as a dealer.

Hey there Tyler, all XCMG dealers will be able to perform these adjustments. I have been working with the software engineers in China quite a lot - and they are starting to ship the North American models with some MUCH better performance setups for the hydraulics - but it is quite a tricky process, and I know that not many dealers in the States are geared up and trained on these adjustments. If you can - have your dealer get in touch with me. There have been a few times when USA has reached out to me and I do a remote session from my office. But I do have to have an XCMG dealer with a laptop physically at the machine. We have done it before though! I know that the guys at XCMG Las Vegas are equipped to do these adjustments, but not sure on how many people can physically do the adjustments.

@japamachinerygroup9956 ya they are working on it there been few issue but the dealer gone out there way to work with us to fix everything and try to make the adjustments the dealer we got ower loader from is a new dealer and haven't gotten anything to help support them they have few things for smaller stuff but they just getting into the bigger machines I will see if they want to talk with you I know they having issues getting the software needed to do most the stuff they been flying a rep out he does what he can with time he got but they need get the dealer here in maine the software and what they need

Should be checked over by the dealer - first natural assumption is a faulty sensor / loose connection / failure within the wiring harness. Hope this helps.
