@@ZJeepMI Thanks! I love the 125x. It’s been a super dependable bike that’s been through many enduros here in the PNW. The only time the 125 has issues getting up hills is when you come around a blind corner and there’s a giant ass hill in front of you and you’re in the wrong gear. In those cases you just gotta feather the clutch and shift down as quick as you can and you’re good. It’s my main bike though for Gifford and Tillamook because the thing is light and can put it wherever you want it and the power it does put out up those hills is super tractable. It also has never overheated.

Thanks! It’s a great place to ride. I think the whole loop is only about 12-13 miles? The rocks and elevation change make a good challenge though 👍

Running the stock 13-50 on there. Only time I think I’ve wished for more teeth on the back is on a muddy mx track or up steep climbs. If I get into those scenarios now, I just feel sorry for my clutch. 😂

@@frothol "I just feel sorry for my clutch." Lol I have a virgin '23 sitting in my garage waiting for skid plate, hand guards, etc. It sure is nice to hear a clean running 125x at work.

Those are the enduro engineering full wrap guards. They worked pretty good but they never fit that great. I ended up bending the shit outta the left one and then got a pair of Cycra guards and those things are bomb proof

Hi! I mix at a 50:1 ratio using Motul 800. For the first 40 hours or so of the bike’s life, I used Lucas oil 2-stroke oil (a little thinner) and mixed at 40:1 and that seemed to have worked just fine too. And congrats on the bike! I’ve been having a blast on mine!

@@TubolMotoadventures a little bit of pipe drool is good! I’ve found that pipe drool is related to your jetting more than anything though. Too rich and you get a ton of “spooge” coming out of the pipe. Opposite is true if you’re running too lean. My biggest concern with running too much oil in the gas would be gumming up the power valve. If you’re running 40:1 though that should be perfect 👍

Nice! I’ve never had an issue with not having enough power on the trail. Only time I’ve wished for a little more was on some mx tracks. That probably has more to do with me needing to lose 20lbs though 😂😂

He can get about 50 miles on this sort of single track. You don’t need much power. If we’re on the motocross track or something, it’ll only last like half an hour or 45 minutes depending on pace.
