Out of all the bullshit Kratos and Co do in this game, killing Niddhog is probably the worst thing they do. She's pretty much essential to pruning Yggdrasil's roots and preventing it's unchecked growth.

9 months late, but seems the grey health damage ring only kicks in when you are at max health. At least, one of the rings are not active when below 100% health.

Sometimes when you are evading an attack, I see you turn your back to the attack and rotate around as opposed to doing a neutral dodge or roll… what’s that all about?
