Vilken sorglig syn 😞
What a nimble little minx!
I recall that this aircraft's speed was limited to approx. 1.5 mach because it had no way to adjust the air intakes. At low speeds it would get "too little" air and and at high speeds "too much". Also, I recall that its single engine was the same one that was used in French Sud Aviation Caravelle or Super Caravelle? Which of course had two of them, whereas the Draken has only one.
Sensacional
Vem finansiera flyggpassen/underhål?
The best fighter jet in the world 👍
Nice 👍👍👍👍👍
a few Swedish words heard, but good language discipline.
very good cockpit work and discipline! This is a good example of the workload for the two pilots.
The most cool fighter ever! Thank you! Nice formation there at 8:10.
Glad you enjoyed it!
For en legendarisk kaptein! 😂
What a beautiful aircraft and wonderful flight footage. So wonderfully flown. Majestic
Glad to hear it!

How old is this? 2005-08?
So lucky to be able to fly one of the first great Cold War fighters still in such beautiful condition. 1000 hours on the Viggen makes him an exceptional fighter pilot by any standards.
Yet another wonderful fighter from the extraordinary Saab design team.
That mighty Viggen afterburner at night is something else to behold, makes the little Gripen seem rather feeble by comparison! The Draken and Viggen two of the greatest Cold War jet fighters both out of the Saab design team and factory. What history and AirPower on show in this wonderful film of daily life on a Swedish Fighter Wing. Seeing this portrayal of pure, military, professionalism would definitely make me want Sweden to be on our side in any conflict. The way those Viggens tore into the air after barely 400m, was an absolutely epic display of the gargantuan power of a monstrous beast unleashed!😁
f10 draken, tjusigt
What a magnificent fighter the mighty Draken is, so advanced for its time yet still almost 70 years later looks futuristic. The Draken and Lightning were for me the two fighters of that generation.
Копировали с Me 262😂
Sexigaste flygplanet, bredvid F-4 Phantom och F-14 Tomcat ❤
Viggen! A magnificent platform for whatever damage you'd want to do. Thanks to SAAB and Sweden for this amazing aircraft! It was really lightyears ahead of it's time.
All out of small high vis jackets, eh? 😂
Did SAS at some point have direct flights between Gothenburg and London?
@antonkristiansen673 Oh yes
I was a loadmaster at barber's Point Hawaii on C-118's. How I ever landed this type of duty was beyond my dreams.
Är jag med i KHP culten? come at me :D
Oh, what memories! From 1990 to 1993, I worked in a school on the island where the base is situated, directly under the eastern approach. Two times a day, we had to stop the teaching when the guys came in for pee and coffee breaks. With all except one of the pilots, the sound was roaring. However, this one just glided down to the tarmac with no disruption at all. Also, ship 3 does not have normal SwAF markings; that ship has the flag and insignia of the Republic of Jamtland. Jämtland is, in principle, a Swedish county towards Trondheim in Norway, but it was its own nation from up until 1178 and ceded to Sweden in the 1630s. But in the 1960s, a team of people started the virtual republic of Jamtland, with its own "military", JRA, that each end of July paints all pedestrian crossings after the republic's flag, as marking the republics' yearly festivities. The insignia on the flag is pre-1100. Fun to see that the now dismantled airwing raised the flag on one of the planes.
Turns on a dime and accelerates like nothing. I wonder how its performance is altered with a full weapon load. Why not battle test it in Ukraine against Sukhoi.
is this a baby draken? the prototype?
Not the best! Camera holding is not good, video-cut is very bad.
maybe a telephone (Smartphone) was used. Not the best for filming.
What is the red thing at 3:26? I worked on 6's and never seen this.
A beacon. See at 20:56
@@AeroPresentation never seen one on the wing before.
@@miked202069 it is not on the wing, it is under the belly
@@AeroPresentation yes, your correct. I'm not sure what I was thinking.
