You ran into one of the biggest pain in the ass bugs I have found. Fully planned and semi well executed flight plan and it does not register the arrival. Skip to decent, and you are in a stall.... Only to do it all again manually.

That first landing looked a little like the ILS 15R into KBOS. The approach is totally skewed, but OK.

I just tested this within the wind limits, and had the same results.

737 autoland limits. No LLWS, cross wind no more than 15 knots max head wind 25 knots max tail wind 10 knots

I just went back and watched A330 Driver's autoland tutorial on the NG, and all of you saying I was out of the 10kt tailwind limits for this are so right! I was so focused on setting up systems (not completely properly) that I didn't realize how messed up of landing conditions I was in. I'll have to give autolanding in the 737 Max another shot, but within its actual autoland limits.😂

This is why addons are necessary. It shouldn't be, but it is what it be.

I do not have experience with triple 7s or autolands but I've done CATii's and there was a couple of things you were just doing procedurally wrong that could've been jacking you up. 1. Mins should be set to radio, you were in Baro 2. You may have gotten the plane into CWS or CWP when you said you were messing with the yoke, for autoland the autopilot needs to kick in a bunch of nose up trim and Boeing builds it in a way that you cannot trim in the opposite direction you are moving the yoke. Not sure if the trim is a required condition for the autoland FMA to come up but would not surprise me. 3. You were in VNAV path for way too long, once you're on the localizer and cleared for the approach, slap that baby into App. Looks like you had 8400 set in the altitude window the entire time which meant it was never gonna get G/S until you got Vnav alt at 8400. Once again, not sure if this messes with the conditions for the autoland but would not surprise me because you absolutely do not train to leave Vnav on until G/S captures.

i dont think you really understand how it works lol, you're flying over the tailwind limit with gusty tailwinds which causes this probably. not defending asobo tho not a huge fan of them

I just re-watched this, and I didn't flare enough. Had I flared more, I could have gotten it on the markers and it would have been smoother. 今これを見直したところだが、フレアが足りなかった。もっとフレアをすればマーカーにうまく乗せることができ、もっとスムーズにできたはずだ。
