I once borrowed this film to show at a staff training session for a TV department in a photographic shop l managed. I think it was 16mm and came from Rank Film Distributors.

Of course the reason for the concrete tower was not really for the benefit of the riggers/maintenance teams but more because the locals didn't want another guyed mast as they were afraid it would collapse again, and when cost comparisons were done with a regular lattice tower the costs were similar, hence the concrete tower won.
The videos were probably produced by the IBA for educational purposes, today they are known as Arqiva Ltd. Most of the video coverage is probably now open source since it is more educational than anything else.
