Second time around this single track loop that I know well. With only the spring conversion, I found the limit of what the stock valving could handle. Now to wait for the @RideJBI re-valve kit to show up and see how that feels.

That’s actually John’s first 3002t. He had a KX450f for the last year and a bit. And he never rode Matt’s husky 300 before to have a comparison yet. But after some time is put on it maybe we can give a comparison.

That's because you are hearing the KTM 4 stroke the video was filmed on. The Beta is up ahead. And I assume this riding was done last Fall; it doesn't look like January in CA.
This was Dec 31/22, we're still riding here in Nova Scotia.
@@Nickv100100 , that's crazy! I'm in northern Wisconsin and we are buried in snow. In fact we got hit hard before and after Xmas. A few hours south, they got rain and ice which is worse. I'm looking to order a Beta RRS, my local dealer just sold a 300RR that was in-stock. They became a Beta dealer last year, sales are great, and are only 75 miles from me. Though people are ordering 2023 Beta's he's selling every snowmobile that comes in.
Probably because 300 two strokes sound a tiny tiny bit like four strokes sometimes

hi! I have the same bike as you same year and model! that exhaust sounds nice! is it a Yoshimura if yes where did you get it and did you need a fuel optimizer for that exhaust?
CleanToysProductions Well actually it was on there when I bought it. I was told it was Looney Tuned, but there is no markings on it to know for sure. But it does run fine without a optimizer.
