Pretty rough waters on Erie/St Clair and the Detroit River. Just helps keep the fish from getting smashed up against the top of the livewell lids on the long runs!

Some local derbies typically go by length. Stuffing weights is pretty noticeable when it comes to live release tournaments (even if post-mortem). But that is only one aspect of what cheating I think occurs. Other ways people cheat too not to do with stuffing weights

This clip was just fun fishing! That last tournament clips were rough, has one 4.5lb fish from 9am until 30 min before weigh in and finished my limit with 5 min to go pretty close to the check in haha

That's awesome Steve, congratulations! I was thinking of doing it that first season and decided to ride it out to see how it felt. Until I make a coin box for the centre I've decided to leave it in. Everything I've seen it's a pretty big job to remove as it's glued to the end of the rod locker, so would need to do a fair bit to clean it up afterward. Might still end up removing it, walking around definitely gets tight.
