Thanks for these videos. I keep a spray bottle under my kitchen sink of vinegar and water, so going to try on floors. I would think that would also be good in the bathroom. I really like the Norwex (environmentally friendly) floor system for routine floor care. When it really needs a good clean, I use a sponge mop with Fabuloso (also gets good environmental ratings).

Hi!! I just saw this of the 12 Days of Cleaning!! I'll have to go back and get the rest of the Days!! Thank You Much!!! But... Can I ask a question I know you have answered many times before, I bought a polyester Jacket from Savers!! Looks brand new, but for sure it is not, the jacket has that Old Lady Smell in it and I cannot get it totally out!! I know you know this Smell!! What I don't understand is, how can this Smell Smell the exact way whenever you Smell it!! I bought your laundry soap, bleach and stain remover. I put your laundry soap and bleach (1 Tbsp each) and a quarter cup of vinegar into the small portion on the washer and soaked it for a couple of days. It still has that odor, it's lighter smelling, but you will smell me if I wore the Jacket!! No Way! Do I do it all again and add some vodka with it this time?!?! Any Help, will be appreciated very much!!! I sure hope you are having a Nice Weekend!! What ratio of vinegar to water for the spray?

Thanks for these videos! They are getting me motivated. But I am noticing that you are not mentioning baseboards. Most houses have them and my old house has ones with nooks and crannies. I usually vacuum first With my handheld vacuum and then wipe with a damp cloth. I’m done with my Swedish dish cloth in the kitchen, I washed them and use them slightly damp for dusting.

Thank you! My FAVORITE sheets were 400 TC Egyptian cotton sateen. Lower thread count, but they got so soft and buttery after several washes. Yummy.

Don't forget the Sconces on the sides of the door or garage! Clean the glass and wipe the light bulbs. It's surprising how much dirt can get on the inside and outside of the glass on fixtures. I also damp cloth wipe off the fixture exterior.

My go-to for cleaning the front door is just vinegar and water along with a microfiber (or now a flour sack towel). No glass for me, and the door comes out perfect!

Ridiculous, vinegar in the washing machine works very well, add detergent and 4 cups of vinegar to a large load, once the water is running and clothes are wet. You be amazed and even your washer will be sparkling clean and no more need for fabric softener.

You can also use an alligator.

Can you show us how a dry cleaner does what they do? the instructions on a blouse of mine said to take it to a dry cleaner and I imagine it’s because to hold the shape. It’s all natural fiber and one day. I washed it and it was so white. I read that they reuse dry cleaning solvent and they don’t change them as often as they should and that’s why you get that dingy. Is that right? they’re in business and I’m sure they want to keep expenses down. Are they dry cleaning with other peoples items? Using the same items as yours so hygienic is that? Pros and cons. I would love to know. I don’t dry clean anymore, but I’m just curious but I’m sure other people do thanks

Help! What is the “we can try a little something stronger” you mention? I’ve soaked in vinegar and water for an entire day. 3 times! And hung outside for two days on fresh air. It still reeks! It’s my work shirt. I need it to not smell.
