Hello and welcome to my channel!
I started this originally to post game-play clips and steams, but as anyone probably have noted I was not that active. I have changed this to a hobby channel e.g. I post a video now and then with stuff that I'm working on regarding LEGO.

You could electrify for 9 V, but I don’t think you could do 12 V inside the shed, as this would necessitate filling in the trench.
The 9v part is easy and almost done, 12v will be "too much work" and I'll have to do a lot of modification to make it work (Switch points R56 etc...).
Diese alten Sets sind echt schön Danke fürs zeigen
Danke. Ich liebe die classic sets.
Those old boxes might be my favorite thing about these sets from this era. Amazing!
True! It's easy enough to build the sets as they tend to use easy to get bricks, I really love the boxes and as I have mentioned earlier LEGO did make them to last back in the "good old days".
So nice to see all those classic sets layed out. I have a whole town of classic buildings, unfortunately I don't have the room to display them. Best wishes
Thank you! I hope you will get the space to show them off sometime, would love to see them.
👌👌👌
Super 🤩
That was cool! 🐈⬛️ The convertible does pair perfectly with the snack shack. I hope to have my set of D&D minifigures by next week. Hope you're having a good weekend!
Thank you, I wish a nice weekend for you as well.
Great room tour! The minifig torso at the end, was that done at the Minifig Factory?
@@BrickTrains Thank you, yes that was done last year at the LEGO house in Billund.
これ、日本で売ってなかったんだよねー
Oh? I know the 12v sets was not available, but I thought LEGO sold the 4,5v sets.
これ、持ってたなー
It is a nice set 😁
Good stopmotion 😊😊👍🏼
@@wootwoot148 Thank you, it means a lot. Makes me happy that you like it.
Bravo!!! ❤❤❤
Thank you 😊
I really like your vintage train layout. It’s it so neat to see all of that stuff.
Thanks 😁
I need one. Who knows? Maybe I will try to buy one complete with a box.
@@LordAzran_ Yes you will 😃
@@pastajensen current sale prices discourage me a little to be fair.
@@LordAzran_ True, I see it tends to be between 3-400€ with box.
Now do a switch
I have done a few tries, but I'm not quite satisfied yet.
Love the little easter egg of having a much more realistic Class 103 in the background! Paying homage to 7740's inspiration!
Yes! Someone noticed It! 😁 It's the moc that Holger Mattes made, It's found in his 12v train book.
The engine experiences a momentary open circuit as the current rails at the junction point do neither bridge nor go all the way through. But it's the engine's traction motor that provides enough rotational momentun in order to keep the train moving to reach the electric rails again.
The timing of the chef getting on board just as the walls go up around him, and the hook snapping under the weight to give yourself a solid alibi for moving the motor by hand, all of that was really well, umm, PIECED together! :D This was such a fun one. And were you actually doing all that while we were all talking in the audio chat the other day? I don't think I could have done that without distraction; you have some SERIOUS talent. Very cool. Don't mind me... I'll just be, umm, looking at the listings for this set... not to buy it... probably...
@@GearsAndBricks Thank you for this toughfull comment, The "snap" part was actually a coincidence as my original tought was to have the crane lift it but when the knot came loose I did indeed use it as an alibi.
Awesome work! This must have taken ages!
@@BatteryPoweredBricks I heavly doubt that I'll do bigger sets, as it's indeed takes "some" time. But it's fun when pepole like the end result 😁
Love it love it love it. Not obly a great stop motion but also one of my all time favourite sets...
It's for sure a lovely set, the build was quite fun too.
Did anyone notice the "small" mistake?
Just a couple 😅
@@BatteryPoweredBricks There are more?! 😅
Trainrims missing
@@mkl84s Not the one I tought about, but yes that is one (or 6 to be accurate) 😆
several small mistakes: when assembling, the engine and the front chassis are each one hole too close to the substructure. This error disappears when the train is ready on the track. The dining car is coupled the wrong way, the chef can cook as well as he can, but the passengers cannot get into the dining car because the closed side faces the middle car..., the second engine driver and the 2 white cups seem to have run away ...and the dining car has a bougie plate with a short pin... you don't pay too much attention to the stickers... otherwise I wouldn't have noticed anything. The video is great, good work. I love your videos 😀
cool,well done,looks awesome. Best regards
Thank you 😃
Love that set!
Don't we all. I'm very pleased with this set.
@@pastajensen It's very cool, I drool over every 12V train, I wish I can get one soon!
@@Pau_Aventurer You will 😁
@@pastajensen The bad thing is that on bricklink 12V prices are going high a lot lately
@@Pau_Aventurer I guess that is true especially if you don't live in Europe.
Nice train and nice video! Look forward to seeing your train shed.
Thanks, looks like I wont get it finished before I leave for work.
That must have taken a really long time to film! 😅 It was really fun to watch though!
Thank you! Yes it did take quite some time, fun to make but there is a good reason why I do not make bigger sets that often in stop motion 😅
I don’t watch many stop motion videos, but this one was exceptional! Very fun to watch, great job!
@@BrennanHuff_001 Thank you, always fun to hear that it's liked 😄

very nice !
Nice!
My Lego heart jumps around with a lot of joy when I see all the retro Lego sets I almost have hete with me in this stunning setup. Great job
Thank you, good to hear that your LEGO heart is in a joyous mood :D
Awesome! I actually have the battery box and sound module from this set, no lights though.
Amazing!
Love these old sound bricks.
I had the Fire truck as a kid, been trying to find out what happened to the old LEGO, but it seems to be long gone.
Sehr schön
The 1980s dream layout is really coming together. Good stuff
Thank you :) Yes it'a and I would say it's an ongoing process. There is always a set that I discover :D
