I try the nether CAX80 and it is no competition to Arris G54. OneCAX80 is a dual band while this is a Quad band. Range 3000 to this 5000 sq ft. no Wif 7 and wi fi 6e on Netgear CAX80. So 4K is not as crisp compare to the Arris G54

I got over 1200mgb download and over 500upload. yes it is one if not the quickest cable modem/router combo out there

When I turn this monitor off and on you can see it turn red before turning off and on. You need to record it with your phone camera to eye what I’m talking about but is this normal?

Nice video! I guess the next thing what you will get will be a microphone. About PC i was a bit dissapointed, because they could put in a better cooler for the same price, and RGB ram would be just a few bucks more. PSU gives a doubt too. But brand is brand..

wtf dude! i just bought this enclosure and saw this video and thought you were going to show how to install the card, but NOOOOO! for some reason you went off on a fucking tangent and talked about some little mini hdd. i'm pretty sure at the start of the video you even said you were going to install the ssd's and hopefully blackmagick test them, but NOOOOO you didn't even open the fucking boxes. what a waste of time this was.

Well, such an oversimplified and well, arguably screwed up interpretation of how spinning drives work and how they fail. The heads "float" on a cushion of air while in operation. While dropping hard disks, especially when the drives are in operation, can cause failures, the real easy answer is that spinning hard drives are mechanical, and fail due to wear and tear; no different than say a vehicle or a vacuum cleaner. On some smaller hard drives, the material used is ceramic in nature, and don't always survive drops very well. But then spinning drives can go bad as well if just left sitting in a closet too. Personally, I've had a portable drive (spinning hard drive -- a Toshiba ) that failed within 2 weeks of purchase. I've also had regular 3.5 hard drives, the spinning kind , that have lasted well over 8 years with constant use. The Toshiba portable hard drive was NEVER dropped; it had ceramic platters. I recently used some spinning portable drives that I purchased somewhere around 2003, so close to 20 years old. The point is - Your Mileage WILL VARY. One's data is the important piece; and it's important to back it up or risk losing it; however, I would go a step further and suggest that important stuff should be backed up on two mediums or devices if possible, and if possible, stored in two separate locations as well. So, one copy on your computer, plus another backed up periodically to a USB drive, flash or SSD, but kept disconnected except when backing up, and maybe backed up to cloud storage ( local NAS, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive, or other cloud storage ) or to another USB flash /SSD that is stored elsewhere. The truth about backups: Many people wait till a disaster strikes and their data is lost, before they ever worry about backups. Check your devices(flash, SSD, etc ) often, and replace on a schedule like every 3 to 5 years. The more valuable your data, the more you should check it and the more often you should replace the drive. Keeping copies of your data OFFLINE is important because failure of your device is ONLY one aspect; malware, viruses, and ransomware is what you are protecting against by keeping your copies OFFLINE . A spinning hard disk's expected lifespan is 3 to 5 years; LESS if there is no cooling for the drive, and a SSD drive ;has an expected lifespan of about 10 years. Don't expect to get the full lifetime, just like you don't expect to get the best mileage out of your vehicle. This is the main reason to back up important stuff to at least two drives that are kept OFFLINE when not in use. Having a third or fourth backup copy is not a bad thing. One note about all electronic drives, like thumb drives and SSD drives and EVEN spinning hard drives. Such drives require that the drives be kept in a relatively dry and safe environment. If stored inside anyplace that is even mildly damp, the electronics CAN corrode, making the drive unusable. Many fireproof safes, if you leave drives or paperwork inside, well, are built with very damp materials that reminds one of wet clay; placing electronics inside such a safe can end up with corroded drives; paperwork will feel damp; put such things in a sealed freezer bags if you value them. In my opinion a portable SSD or Flash Drive, stored in the open in a humidity controlled house is in many ways a better way to store the device than it is to store it in a fireproof safe.

my corsair water cooling started leaking on my dads pc i built with a 4690k, so for a couple years it had the stock cooler on. slapped this baby in, preforms marginably better than the stock. basically just the stock with better heat distribution, more metal. the chinese rgb looks impressive for $15 and keeps it idling at a nice 40c and 45c under load, peak 50c
