@pshycologicalsadist As a7xneil said, All That Remains bassist is a girl. And secondly, you obviously know nothing about music. The bass is meant to basically be a foundation to the sound. If the bass wasn't there, then the song wouldn't sound full (if you can comprehend that) It doesn't always have to be fast and difficult to be professional. It just has to sound right for the rest of the guitars to sound right. Lesson over

@Ozznie yeah i use 10-52 Ernie ball skinny top heavy bottom on my jackson. It also emg 81 85 pickups. And I tune down a whole step. The guitar sound is fucking beast. it sounds like a 50 cal haha

@paigeguitarplayer dude thats not a big deal. 0.12 gauge strings for d standard is the normal recommended gauge.

damn the guitars are insanely heavy in this song' oli herbert uses 12-52 string gauge with D standard tuning. he also used an emg 81 humbucker thats how he gets that heavy crunch lol
