With these shared aims an inter-professional, educational team; NeoSim was created to improve regional neonatal multidisciplinary team education, information sharing and team working in Northern Ireland. From this our TH-cam education channel was created as a collaborative learning network focusing on neonatal procedures, resuscitation, developmental care, equipment and much more. We aim to enhance knowledge and understanding of other professional roles and aims in neonatal care, promoting a holistic approach to patient care through an easily accessible and inclusive format.
