Great stuff mate. Must say these games are more reminiscent of early 8-bit home micro games that you used to program yourself from code listings that you would find in magazines and books, rather than the Atari 2600. If anything, these games are slightly more advanced than the stuff you would find during the golden era of the 2600! Looks like these games were programmed in BASIC just like how they would have been back in the day. 👍

This game looks quite great! One of the few videos on the physical version of the homebrew as well, good job 👌I read in another reply you were thinking about possibly dumping the ROM, I hope that's still in the cards! Game preservation is important 🙂

this peace of hot garbaje does not push the master system to the limits... (in fact sega did NOT wanted this game to be released, tectoy went straight to capcom and "tricked" them into accepting this by giving them a genesis controller copy and once capcom said "this is terrible" they said "aha!!!! its not a genesis but a master system!" and capcom said... its terrible, but its the best a master system can do and it will be a brasilian release, go for it) Its a terrible terrible game, it plays HORRIBLE, it looks horrible (fixed by the hacks at leasts) but the game is almost unplayable... good luck trying to do a special move , it moves in a super choppy framerate, collitions are VERY wrong, music is terrible... everything is terrible... (except graphics with the hack) and no... this hacks are not completedly new version... its the absolutly same game with no changes except for graphics and colors. the game is still the same unplayable thing hell hummerteam did better with the master fighter III bootleg :p

great hack! i tried it on MEgadrive using a flashcard, it works fine but it always requires Player 2 as mandatory...it is not possible to play against CPU. Do you have same issue?

Welcome to the MAME scene mate! I’m running exactly the same version of MAME on my cheapo PC but without Launchbox. Launchbox looks like a nice UI for when you’ve got all your ROMs together. I can clearly see you like your shooters - I’d recommend you give these a go: Twin Cobra, Tiger Heli, Hellfire, 1942, 1943, Mercs, Commando, Under Defeat, Flying Shark and Fire Shark (arcade) to name but a few…

Never heard or seen of this game ever before - proper obscure! Looks decent and I like the look of the bonus stages. Bosses are very Darius esque.

Fascinating stuff mate - I’m loving the “control measures” like it’s a proper scientific experiment! 🤪 Champion Edition looks superb - do you know if the later hacks have 6 button controller support? I’d be surprised if they didn’t due to emulation and the MS having the same controller socket as the MD. Great stuff, really want to give this a go on the MS now. 👍

I wonder if it supports 5MB roms, some homebrews get up to 5MB but the older aliexpres cards only supported games up to 4MB

That Japanese MS collection is growing nicely mate. Some very interesting ideas on the scene and the financial aspects of it these days. I only buy old games to collect or play, I never see them as something that will accumulate money over the years. I am a silly romantic fool though and the scene seems very geared now to “speculate to accumulate”. Thanks for shoutout too mate! ✌️😎

Doing a bit of catch up with these videos. Loved it. My top 3 favourite systems I’ve owned. 1. Nintendo GameCube 2. PS4/Switch Can’t decide. 3. OG Xbox Worst. 1. N64 it just looks terrible. 2. Super Nintendo. It’s a fantastic console but I’ve just no nostalgia for it. 3. PS3. I love the PS3 but the reliability lets it down.
