I remember thinking I wish you could pick me up something like a Dr Pepper or dark chocolate Mounds. And I remember you pledging that commitment to yourself. The first few times are always difficult because you are used to certain things and you have to retrain your mind and body to I knew Routine. And that is going to take time not too much time. If you are really wanting to change and it may help you to see if you can get someone family members. Best friend to help encourage you. I’m careful when I say that though because some family members are friends want to play around thinking that they’re funny and that you would understand once they say I’m just joking I’m just playing with you in regards to achieving your goal so you would still ask them and whatever the way you think would help you, but also these new phones you can have the fitness app help you out with Reminders and it’s time for you to run situps knee up and down. But it is your determination your willpower your wanting to change what’s gonna really do it they’re gonna be some people envious of your willpower, but let your haters be your motivators in that situation. Keeping you in my prayers sending Positive feelings that you are going to achieve eating better maintaining your physique the way you want and acquiring that new car is any car to get you started. But the car you really want and needs hugs and kisses. God bless you always in 2024 and beyond, every day that comes in your life may God always be with you and helping you amen and amen.💕
