    Very important interview. Meditation is so important in todays world. We are ruled by our thoughts and pain more than ever. We are so identified with our thoughts and fears that we don't even realise that this is a delusional way of living. Please talk to Eckhart Tolle. What he teaches is life changing.

    Did put this on Instagram. We have been lied too. Ultra processed food is killing us. Eat whole foods like, meat from the butchers. Pork, chicken, steak. Eat eggs, organic fruit, washed properly. Get in the gym, pleasure seeking is killing us. Saturated fat is not your enemy, refined sugar is. Make sure you add supplements, I have magnesium, (which I got rid of most of my muscle cramps) Zinc, apple cider vinegar to put acid in my stomach. D3, K2, L-Theanine. What the government tells you, do the opposite.

    And the reason buddhist monks are often overweight is because they are eating their anger. Anger is such an important emotion/energy!!! Do not be afraid of your anger- if channelled healthily it can be a life force that can change your life!

      @dts7824 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Or more likely because exercise isn't really a part of life as a monk. I imagine monks are more aware of their anger than most.

    To my fellow neurodivergent siblings, try meditating with a fidget toy, rocking, or walking. Moving and being compassionate toward my need to move (anyone with restless leg syndrome or tics knows the feeling) is something I learned to accept and even celebrate. Meditation is about mindfulness, not stillness. ❤🙏

      Yes ! My Buddhist Centre teaches walking meditation and my teacher said it would be great for me as I don’t like sitting still. You could probably find some guidance on TH-cam. I also chant mantras while I’m walking, which does distract me from my mind, but sometimes I need that too. But breathing meditation is probably my easiest for a sit down. Or look up YOGA NIDRA … it’s fantastic for relaxing, energy and calming the mind 🙏🏻❤️
