Added a Supplemental Light on The Bars. I also have a 2nd Supplemental Battery. This should be enough power for 12 Hours of Continuous Light. The Entire Setup was under $130.00 It’s Portable & Can be installed on any bike in about 10 minutes.
Kawasaki KDX200 Ti New 47t Sprocket & New M8 Ti Sprocket Fasteners

Had to utilize a 47t Sprocket. The 48t was causing interference issues. This problem arose from the Smaller H Type Eccentric Cams. I’ve been told a 12t / 45t is the ideal setup.

None of my conventional hangers fit. These are Yamaha Banshee Type & Feature & Urethane Insert Allowing Rotating. This is my initial Test Fit. So far ? I’m Satisfied With The Results.

A few more Upgrades from the previous video. Ti M8 Cylinder Base Nuts & Ti Side Stand Spring. (The OEM Spring is 3x the weight of its Ti equivalent). Also, M6x30 Titanium Manifold bolts. I specified “Pan Head” style for its low profile appearance and broad head for increased clamping force.

These Billet Eccentric Cams are Manufactured by Crucial Gear llc. They’re in Utah. Excellent Quality. Excellent Value. ( They’re H Series Type & If used on the E Series will likely require removing some Chain Links ).

That's a clean classic. Best looking KDX I've ever seen. I think it's cooler than having like a nice new Beta, KTM, or something. People will look at your bike, a lot, and that's a big part of MC expression. I dig the graphics.

Super clean bike, What year and model are those front forks and triple clamps from?
OEM. Kayaba 41mm USD. They were only available on ‘93-‘94 models. Thus making parts extremely difficult to find.

Love the build im starting on a 2002 200 . Bought second hand with just 1500 km on it .Probably won't be to this standard but will be getting a complete overhaul. I've got 2 x recent model Beta 4 strokes so don't need it to be a full on weapon. And besides the wife will not be happy if i spend 10 grand on it .

I'm going to give you a little shit here. Why didn't you at least repaint the frame. That crappy looking frame sticks out with all that bling. Paint the frame.
That’s nice an all but all the bling , why would you put so much bling that dose nothing for preform’s. I have a 92 and my frame looks better. And it’s been ported, head mild ,and carb bored. Ya it looks great , i have to admit.
It’s way more than “Bling”. This bike features 3 worlds first swaps. Totally rebuilt suspension and $1,000’s in new parts. Like I said, it’s Way more than just $1,200+ in Titanium.
