2024 CitySide Loves to Help
CitySide Subaru in combination with Operation Warm and the Watertown Housing Authority provide hundreds of new jackets to children in urgent need. We had a pizza party and a coloring station as entertainment while volunteers helped outfit and properly size the children with their new coats.

On November 3, 2023, CitySide Subaru employees were all invited to sign the last beam going up on the first phase of our new building. The construction firm, New England Construction, made this a festive event and we thank them very much.

The long-awaited construction project has begun. There has been a lot of work behind the scenes from the team, but demolition is the first visual realization that the project is underway. This building used to be our backup Parts storage.

This is the last video of this version of the CitySide Subaru dealership. Starting October 1, 2022, we will begin construction of the third generation. This building served us well from 2005 through 2022. Prior to this, CitySide was located on Broadway in Arlington, MA beginning in 1995

It’d help if you’d provide the future facility location.
We appreciate the comment. We will be staying at the same location. As crazy as it sounds - we are building half of the new dealership, moving into that area and then demolishing the currently occupied structure. The goal is to be finished by the summer of 2024.
What city or town will the new space be located?
We will be at the same location in Belmont MA.
Where will it be located?
It's on elevated ground with a railroad track behind it, so I'm guessing it is still on Pleasant St. I can't tell for sure if the current building is buried inside it, or if it is a totally new building, but it looks like they are either expanding the existing site or taking over property very near by.
