There are so many of these near me in the suburb of Kew. Chinese buyers pay whatever ( keep the prices UP ) then never move in. Check out the Streets off Studley Park Road. One to two blocks in. They are everywhere.

Its sad to see this engines abanoned, they are forgeten and written of, no longer in use the metal rust and grass grow higher, slowly parts began to crack and we havr to hope to god that these railmotors will be saved and put in the museum

But it's not abandoned

We don’t know the circumstances of Mrs Lamb. No one has the right to sit and judge her. She may not have had the money to pay for the property taxes and rates. What I find sad is what the squatters and thieves have also done to the house.
