First time viewing but had to say thank you for this message. Just yesterday realized i was comfortable with my power. When i was a kid i had so much energy running through me I did not know what to do with it so i learned to numb it out. After years of shame around addiction it dawned on me last week im actually living the life i prayer for years ago and feeling all the feels. It was about learning to harness higher vibration like you said and getting comfortable with it running through and around me.
