Ah, the good old Airfix Costal Defense set. Loved that when I was a kid. Nicely done.
Good work 👍
Nicely done, lovely diorama!
Thanks mate 👍
Very nice, that’s a kit I’ve been tempted to try! Love your extra storage and the amazing crew figures😁
Thanks mate
I have that 234 but I painted it in North African camo Love the little extra touches you’ve added👀👀👍✌️🦊🤪
Yes it's a fantastic little kit that might of get another 👍
They certainly are nice models what scale are they mate?👀👀👍✌️🦊🤪
All 1/72 and thank you for your comment 👍
1/72nd scale
Thank you 👍
Cool 🛩
Thanks
Great paint job as always Alan.
Thanks it was a hard one for me to build
Nice work. I have one in my stash but keep putting it off as it looks like a lot of work.
Thank you...it was hard work won't be doing another soon might get the vintage Stuka by Airfix 👍
This is great Al mate your very talented. 😊
I like it
That come up nice! A bit different to the usual going for a Polish Squadron.
Thanks
Superb biplane, wonderful work!
Thanks a lot!
Very nice job🖐👍👍
Thank you 👍
nice! I have one of these in my stash, its a little bit of a special kit to me as it was the first ever matchbox kit I built, sometime around 73/74!
I luv the old Matchbox kits well engineered for their age and you can still pick them up on eBay 👍
🖐👍👍
Thank you
On a Lancaster would there be such heavy deposits of engine exhaust deposits over the top of the wing ?? The exhaust is lower than the wing and gasses directed downwards, and therefore gasses and dirt would (I assume) pass under the wing
Yep your right 👍
👍
👍
🤝👍
Thank you
Exterminate exterminate awesome. To add to the novicemodeler’s post try doing a few shorts as well as people’s attention span these days is short. It’ll get your channel more airplay you deserve more views m8👀👍
Will do thank you 👍
Wowsers m8 good to see this model in its finished form. I have this exact model in unmade form apart from putting the axles in🤪 that I bought 45 years ago as a 14 year old. I still have quite a few unmade from that era. Airfix Matchbox all 1/72 your video just struck a sentimental chord with me m8. I just subbed your channel keep up the good work👍❤️
Thank you it's a nice kit apart from the small parts that kept breaking when I tried to cut them off the spru due to the age of the kit
Nice job, lovely figures, gun and truck!
Thank you 👍
Well done, beautiful historical vehicle!
Thank you
Great detail for a 1:72. Crackin job. Got ya subbed. Model on.👍
Thank you 👍
I've loved the 109 since I was a kid. Looks fantastic, my friend. Subscribed. 👌🏾
Thank you
You've been busy Alan, they all look very nice.
Thanks 👍
Like the gunners
Cheers
I like the simplicity of the models. No stupidly overdone weathering, clean models on an basic display ground. That's it, and that's good. Well done. Great looking vehicles.
Thank you 👍
Funny, I built the old tool Hurricane a couple of years ago. I scratch built a little cockpit and wheel well detail. Very happy with it. Hello from USA! 👍
I got back into it 2 years now it helps with my blood pressure and relaxation
New sub here, novice modelling and the mid life crisis sent me a link to your channel. I’m just getting back into modelling after a 35 year hiatus.
Thank you 👍
I have about four of these old tool hurricane kits, all in different boxings, along with a bunch of resin and photo etch upgrades, as you say they are really nice kits, (and hurricanes are a favourite aircraft of mine!)
I Luv the old Hurricane kit 👍
That's a gorgeous paint job Alan.
Thanks Andy
I have had trouble with the Tamiya canopies also. I also have this thing in my head that Airfix is the go to for Spitfires. They were still flying them when Airfix and Humbrol were getting started or at least there were still plenty of people around who knew what the real ones looked like up close.
👍 You can get 2 Airfix Spitfire's for the price of one Tamiya they have pilots and the option for raised under carriage
Aerial wires?
👍 thanks
Very nice job!
Thank you! Cheers!
Thats a nice finish for the in the box paints, Ive not long done the knat but might have to give this a go to, your right about the stands as well, they need to do a few more of them, shows the plane off and wheels and landing gear are always the first things to fall off
Thank you 👍
Nice paint job Alan, the aircrew looking really good too.
Did well there
Thank you
U deserve more subscribers this is amazing
Thank you
Looks hreat
Thank you
Now those don’t look like they can fit in a match box
Matchbox was an old company in the UK that made models in the 80,S you can still get them on eBay 👍
@@Alan_Saund_Models yeah they are old I still have. A few matchbox cars
Hi Alan this is an awesome Dalek Army, please try putting a title on the video, "Dr Who army of 100 Daleks etc etc etc" I'm no Dr Who fan, but there are loads out there, who no doubt would love to see this unique collection, a title will help viewers find it, this should get and deserves to get loads of views as i bet it's pretty unique.
Will do thanks I'm new to this TH-cam stuff still learning how to post videos
@@Alan_Saund_Models LOL I'm still learning myself and will be for a while me thinks. The models are great, doing good fella.
LOL that is a funny kit Alan. I might have to seek one out.
Getting hard to find on eBay but easy kit to build
Brilliant build Alan!
Thanks
That looks really great Alan, really well painted and nicely weathered also really like the diorama base.
Thank you
Nicely done!!!
