As someone who played a lot of Zen, I found the most effective solution to supporting my team, is by eliminating the enemy threat.

I did this with Juno the other day and surprisingly won, highest damage and heals in the lobby

Zen is supposed to be a glass cannon, thats his whole thing. No evasion/cc and high dmg output with healing that is consistent with no drawback (ie mercy/moira/lifwweaver with only healing/damage at once)

I've had more damage as a supp than my dps so many times (without being a moira and without compromising my healing) that there is nothing surprising to me that this occurs quite often 🤷‍♂️ It happens sometimes and there's nothing weird about it, good supports deal damage and sometimes the dps underperform/are focused so much the scales are tipped.

So is everyone gonna ignore the supp on the enemy team with 4k damage :0 edit: i realize upon second look that supp has the second most damage in the lobby

If u look closely zen has 4k healing to 2k dmg. This isnt a zen diff this is a dps diff

What do you mean all 3 dps are doing fine

I've done this with Zen before. If you get a good team and can keep discord up, you become the dps with Zen.
