2021: Stone Carving and Wood Turning

In 2021, two exciting workshops were held at the Building Crafts College in London. Some students worked with renowned stone carver, Nancy Peskett, to produce wonderful stone carved pieces while others learned the craft of wood turning.
2021: Enamelling and Flower Making with Metal

In this workshop, students were taught techniques including shaping, bending, hammering, sawing, soldering, texturing and enamelling. Materials used included silver, copper and brass.

    I very much like the pace of your video and also using the digital overlays to highlight what you are doing. Tere are enough Islamic geometric modules out there to keep you busy your whole life. Do you ever just launch out into geometric construction to see where it might lead? I love that geometrical construction has a certain inevitability about it.

      i had the same issue. make sure the center of all the stars are bulging up and the edges are down, and the paper should ease into position more easily
