Very ugly townhouses, we used to live there for years with a beautiful original house with a big yard and a greenhouse - that original house was amazing until they ruined it by destroying the property for these ugly townhouses.
A real shame to see 11 Tuirau go for as much as it did. Shows just how over-inflated house values in CHCH have become. Not worth anymore than 750k
