Most clothes pegs (a.k.a. clothespins in American English) are made of soft wood or plastic. The wood pegs rot and darken over time and may stain the laundry and the plastic pegs break down due to cold and sunshine. The springs are usually not made of stainless steel and therefore rust over time and the rust will stain the laundry. There is more focus on price than on quality and long-term durability. The Omega clothes pegs from Popotamus are completely different. They may well be the last clothes pegs that you'll need to buy and the annoying weaknesses that ordinary clothes pegs have is a thing of the past with the Omega pegs.

Lightweight Clothesline for travellers, hikers and backpackers

This lightweight clothesline set for travel consists of 6 meters of strong clothesline, 6 stainless steel clothespins and a hook and tensioner, making it easy to set up almost anywhere.
The total weight is 50 grams. It is extremely suitable for use in hotel rooms and in hostels on, for example, the Camino de Santiago. We also sell all the parts in the set individually.
Thus, it is possible to put together a set according to your own wishes. Longer or shorter cord, fewer or more clothespins and so on.
We think that our type of travel dlothesline is far better than, for example, those offered by Seatosummit, Flexo-line and others. The main problem with the other types is that they can only be set up if you are lucky and find two suspension points that match the length of the clothesline. Our solution can be attached to many different objects and the length can be freely varied between 50 centimeters and 5 meters.

I usually just use a Taut Line Hitch Knot. Same effect.
Yes, there are many knots that you can also use to tighten the clothesline. The advantage of using the clothesline tightener that I show in the video is partly that you don't need to be able to tie the knots, partly that you pull away from the wall and can put your body weight into the pull instead of just arm strength and finally, it's easier to take down the clothesline because you don't have to worry about untying the knot 😀
The stipulation was "that does not sag", and this will sag if you hang anything on it.
Yes, off course it will sag when it is loaded with wet clothes. I have tested it and this particular 12 meter clothesline will sag 25 cm in the middle if loaded with 5 kilos and 37 cm if loaded with 10 kilos. I did the same test with 4 mm steelwire and the sag was almost identical.

why dont just left some of the wall hook a middle way to the wall and after tight the more you can the rope finish to screw the wall hook , that would tight very well any rope withouth anything extra , you can do that in both sides if needed . you could do that with a steel wire also and tight them to be as a steed rod almost
