Is the yellow car a Pinto?
@@Keith-nm3uf it's a Ford Maverick, not sure about the year.
What make are the locomotives?
@@Keith-nm3uf All 4 are Athearn Genesis GP9E and GP9R's.
monster lash up! sweet train :)
@@mysticrailroad thanks for watching.
Nice run by.Ron.
@@fbrailroad4628 Thanks Dave. I had speed matched and paired them to run according to desired need. I generally don't run four locomotives in a lashup.
great vid
@@anfieldroadlayoutintheloft5204 thanks Lee 👍🏾
LOOKS GREAT RON
@@joeraderblackrockcentralrr thanks Joe 👍🏾
if those cars were in my collection they would be my favorites too :)
Makes me nostalgic for my last overnight trip on Amtrak. Thanks for sharing Ron!
@@PKWModelwerx it was a great trip Bob. Thanks for watching.
Great challenge! We did a boxcar challenge a while back and it was no duplicates, so I may try to get something together that simply has "all" our boxcars.
@@TwoRailfans thanks for watching. It was kinda a favorite boxcar challenge, but for fun. There was a lot of cool challenges posted.
@@RonMontagueSWRR I will run some favorites then. 👍
I like those Kadee 148 .... Those are the same couplers I'm using now 👍
@@XBOXShawn12thman I found them to be easier to install then the #5's.
@@RonMontagueSWRR I completely agree!!!
Ok Ron , I will work on this after Halloween, box cars , you have cool collection
@@dundasjunctionmodelr.r-jam8267 no problem James 👍🏾. I'll be looking out for your video
did fp 45s pull amtrak trains?
@@Keith-nm3uf technically yes but they were classified as SDP45
I know those guys!! Good times!!
@@dbtech7914 I think that visit to the restaurant was the best moment of the weekend.
great video thanks Ron
@@carolinafoothillsrailroad4929 Thanks for watching Dave 👍🏾.
Red Caboose usually are very detailed for the price point. I have one Central of Georgia Red Caboose box car and the detail is up there with Kadee. Cheers from eastern TN
@@w.rustylane5650 yes, I'm wondering if Red Caboose is now Intermountain because the details are exactly like the other Intermountain coil car i have.
Great haul! Appreciate you helping set up and tear down! You are the best!🫵👍✌🏻
@@theplumber33You're welcome. It gave me something to do and hang out with you guys, it was fun, I was beat after being on vacation then Timonium.
@@RonMontagueSWRR lol, I bet. I know I was without the vacation part.😂
Was the F40 ph based on the Fp 45?
The F40PH is basically a GP40-2 designed for passenger service. I'm sure some aspects of the FP45 including the cowl body was incorporated into the F40PH.
Like the Fp 45.
Looks like the show was a great show by what you picked up, Ron.
@@fbrailroad4628 Thanks Dave 👍🏾. Not a bad haul, odds and ends.
Thanks for watching Anthony. Yes we definitely missed you there. Crazy fun as usual.
Good to see you again. I like the coil car.
Thanks Dave. Good seeing you again. Sorry I won't be able to go to Oaks show.
Nice haul Ron…bummed I miss the show and you guys…that guy that makes the loads ever responds 🤷🏽♂️…

@@joeraderblackrockcentralrr Thanks for watching Joe 👍🏾. I'm really satisfied with 44 Tonner slow running. Just got to dress it up and swap couplers.
I want to get the 44 tonner and flag it in the Blackbird scheme for the CB&Q. Nice Locos Ron.

The reworked / new business district turning out nice…I see you totally got rid of the abandoned track scene, I think 😊…need to change the title…looks like working out just fine 😊
@@georgiasunbelt Thanks for watching Anthony. I had the business district in mind along with using some structures from the old layout. There is a small piece of abandoned track under the highway overpass. You couldn't see it because it was buried under the rubble.🤣.
