Ha good question, luck I guess. After so many reps you get the feel for how long you can hold a spell. I think theres a cooldown you can make but I'm not sure how.

How were you able to use deadly poisoned sword on your Sword Hamstring Mage? What does your build look like? Do you have poison? Yeah it's what I notice I miss ALOT more now with my weapons swings
You only need poisoning for lethal. my build is 100 tactics mage swords and wrestle, 80 eval resist tracking med

this isnt pvp, this is just pking templates with no pvp abilities whatsoever. a burrito could pk on outlands when every pvm template is trash for pvp.
Obviously fighting pvm builds. You should dump 100 points into veterinary to even the odds.
