If you give him some money (you’re still with Arthur), he will thank you and say an interesting thing. Next up, when you’re with John, you can notice the exact same blind man asking for money. If you give him money (you’re still with John) he will say a very sad and heartbreaking thing… 😭💔 (maybe can you put that in a video?)
