Yes. IMO get ur neutral cards from Juno / Tgk cards. And focus on ppen/size in pve for ninja. Upcoming Xmas event will also carry garm card that boost neutral element by 38.8%.
Recommended element - neutral, don’t recommend shadow enchant as hiding can be cancelled in pvp + you will hit low dmg on comodo/umbala bosses. In this video I’m testing only with fire. 😄 my thought is that the damage output of ninja is quite decent. But not sufficient in pvp to carry in this vit meta.
