Algorithm brought me back to you, Ill subscribe this time. Good work!
algorithm working overtime haha, thanks for the sub will make it worth your time!
lol I checked out the Harlowe before. Fully agree
Harlowe is very nice
Genuine stuff 👍
thank you!
Nice to see how the top 1% live in Toronto while we live in shoeboxes :)
even nicer to feel about ourselves ig haha
12k for 2200sqft is a joke. Only plus is the location. Not worth the price tag imo I mean hey it's only worth that if you can find a renter
market forces dictate price for sure
Love your videos
thank you!
LOVE THIS! personally would never go check any such listings out. Viewing units here in Toronto is HECTICCCC anyway so thanks for taking us along fellow Torontonian....
haha thanks for watching!
Not sure why this video is on my feed as I live in Durham but here is a like. No desire to travel downtown anymore.
Durham is a different lifestyle for sure
Did you really just get in the tub with your shoes on?
ah yes i did LOL
Would have gone for the 5k condo if I had the money, but no balcony and the second bedroom has no privacy are dealbreakers. I think the Shangri-La building is great, saw a video of the penthouse there, phenomenal. This apartment just seemed overpriced and underwhelming for the cost. And for 15K, you have to furnish it?? Seems crazy.
The 15k apartment ended up renting for a few thousand less than its asking price so guess everyone agreed with you haha!
liked for the mic on the phone
hahaha this is a very controversial topic but appreciate it
what's the point of this video? for content? wasting the listing agent's time?
woah you must be the most fun person at parties. FYI no listing agent's time was wasted, you collect the keys from the lock box and view the property
@MuhammadBarobi right...a 15k a month property with a lock box
he literally said it in the intro. you're just hating to hate lmao. anyone from toronto already knows these were gonna be dumb expensive.
I Been to the Harlow Loft. it is a really good location I think.. there is a Goodlife across the street.
great spot 100% agree
Found the Shangri-La to be the most disappointing actually. For $15,000, I thought it'd look nicer (def needs some tlc and staging). I really liked the first two, with 608 Richmond the most actually in terms of finishes and layouts.
Totally agree! The Shangri-La was a bit underwhelming, they didn't even professionally clean it after the last tenant left.
Better have few million 2-4M in Net-worth and making Half a Million/Year .. for a $5K-10K/month condo and same goes for buying as the expenses Do Not make it a good investment lol Comment above ur Bengali.. nice 🎉same 🙌
No lmao
Only makes sense if ur company is paying for it. Otherwise just buy multiple properties and build wealth. Happy to have a fellow Bengali viewer!
toronto bangladeshi! subscribed for support, good videos man!
thanks for watching and welcome to the channel!!
I'll save most of Torontonian's time. this video isn't for you.
that includes me LOL
Great video! just the filter is a little odd
Thanks for watching! Will take that into account the next video!
Very good bro good luck and continue plz❤
thank you, appreciate the support!
I thoroughly enjoyed this. As someone who is moving out next summer, it's nice to know whats out there. Only difference is I'm open to a studio
if you can find a good deal for a studio, defo take it and save some cash!
This is a good video, but stop talking into a fork. Also, we need a walkthrough of the entire apartment, even a quick one. When you're talking about 327 King Street, you're describing something we haven't even seen properly. One quick walkthrough of the entire apartment solves that, and then when you're talking about it, we understand visually what you mean. For a video like this, that's the draw, seeing the apartments and their finishes, layouts, and views. A lot of the ones you saw are billed as 1+1, what does the den look like, how does it stack up vs the market, because there's a lot of variation when it comes to dens. Stuff like that. Just some constructive criticism.
Appreciate the feedback! I'll definitely try to incorporate this going forward. Most people seem to like the fork mic, its just funny haha
@@MuhammadBarobi It is, but it depends on what kind of content you're making. You also want to be taken seriously as a content creator, right? like the whole video is well produced, and your thoughts on it are well constructed. The fork doesn't fit the video thematically, if it's for a comedy video I'd understand. Anyhow, just my two cents. Keep up the good work, I saw the second video, thought you incorporated the feedback well. Enjoyed it a lot, keep making content, I can see you blowing up with consistency.
thank you! Appreciate the feedback, helps me improve video over video!
Excellent video
Thanks for watching!

@@aaliyahlunan876 TYYYY, this made my day!
Lost some IQ watching this vid the fact you've pointed out all the reasons to upgrade yet you returned it and went back to your beat up iPhone 12😂🔫
The fork mic is quite possibly the best thing I've seen in a while lol
haha thank you!
Bro you should look for apartments that aren’t directly down town. Tons of great apartments on Queen West, Annex, Yorkville, etc. Downtown apts are always smaller and overpriced with minimal sunlight. Good vid though, keep it up
my workplace is in the downtown core, unfortunately doesn't make sense for me to move away and pay for public transport
I like the loft apartment. Nice sunlight. Natural sunlight was top priority of mine when I moved 4 years ago. I saw this apartment and was offered to go see a penthouse apartment and I said no, I like this one. Now I am living my best life here! #Toronto
Super jealous rn haha. I would love some sunlight coming in esp during these winters sigh
what do you do for work?
I work in Tech Consulting
Lived in a high rise once. Often I saw my neighbors walk around naked, fighting, and couples having s@x. 😂 I hate the lack of privacy in those buildings
same, you can actually see everything 😭
“Belly-simo” 😂 nice fit thoo 👌🏽
You know that accounting trauma be peeking out when you start talkng about the microwave useful life 😆
NOT THE CALL OUT. Accounting is temporary but the trauma is forever
Ok the intro... i was listening until i wasn't. My attention shifted quickly once I realized you had a fork mic lmaoo
@@AndiandKat lmaooo sorry bout that haha

were you apartment hunting? all i saw was your face.
@@cronstrubzo u should’ve kept watching bruv🤪
Your realtor is very lucky. Knowing your needs and wants is incredibly helpful! I should be so lucky. The basketball court is truly beautiful. 32 stewart zero facilities....All the finishes looked original too which were not very good. 66 portland also not that many facilities but at least they upgraded the finishes
I think after living in a condo for a while, you naturally deviate towards certain things. Have to agree, that court is an insane feature to have in a building. 32 Stewart was defo showing its age for sure
Let me make a suggestion ask your rrealtor if anything is available at 700 King which is a true loft right in the heart of our city. Youd prob like it
Very, very nice! I’m a new subscriber here, love your content. Do you ever visit Los Angeles, California?
@@cliffhangerhdjr6007 hey! Thank you! Nope I never been to LA haha
@ oh no, please add to your list of destinations ;)
Did any of these units have parking? How much extra would parking cost?
@@stephen9609 none of them come with parking since they’re in the core. But parking is usually 160-250/month in the city
Really liked the couch in the Portland apartment
@@TanvirAhmed-310 was a nice couch 😎
you really must like your face. barely saw any apartments
@@NN-gy7xl what can I say bruh face card never declines lmao 🤣
I don’t know about the lack of sunlight. I decided to just go for a unit with not a lot of light and while I love it.. I’m craving natural lights
yeah I feel this too, especially in the winter months seasonal depression is real
Dude we literally saw ur face more than we seen the apartments
@@RtRCeo hell ya, face pays the bills bro
@@MuhammadBarobi If the word "literal" paid those bills, you'd be able to afford a 3 BR
Good video, wish it had sq ft of the units
oh good point, they were all in the 0-499 sq ft range. they dont really say exactly what the size is
I'm not on the market for an apartment but I still enjoyed the video. The reason I'm commenting is because of the background music that you used on the second last apartment. I did not expect Indalo! That's sick man 🤘
@@NahidTube haha always gotta switch it up to keep the attention span
Cool 😎 love the l’astuce unit
